The Adventist Chapel

The Adventists built their chapel in the part of Town now called Pleasant Valley. Their church still stands on the corner of Long Hill Road and the road that bears its name, “Chapel Road.” After the parishioners moved to East Hartford, the chapel was purchased for a private home. The building was moved from the edge of the road and turned 90. As a beautiful, modern home, it bears little resemblance to the original chapel.
